Dion B Francis is the Chief Executive Officer of N.E.S.T Foundation LLC, where he leads with a vision of nurturing, empowering, sustainable growth and the thriving of families in underserved communities. 

With more than nine years of leadership experience in the Army, and a proven track record of building strong community relationships and creating value for both clients and communities as a public health professional.

 My role is to ensure that families feel informed, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. I believe birth is a transformative experience, and every parent deserves a strong support system that honors their choices and needs.
